- Maintain & updating of Accounts Transaction & HR Records
- Reconcilition of Bank Statement & Clearing Accounts
- Processing of staff claim, overtime and payroll
- Issue DO and Invoices, preparing of payment for supplier
- Updating of Duty Roster into HR System
- Inventories and stock taking
- GL, GST & Monthly Financial Closing
- Other ad-hoc duties
- Must know full set of Accounts.
- Preferrable to have knowledge in HR and Payroll
- Strong in General Journal entries
- Min LCCI or Diploma in Accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Words is a MUST
