Duties:

- Provide support to customers for HR software, such as e-management solutions, payroll & time management system.

- Replying to emails, guide users on how to use the system.

- Perform detailed analysis on customer issues & propose solutions.

- Resolve customer issues.

Requirement:

- Min Diploma, no need experience

- Familiar with basic MOM regulations is bonus

- Willing to learn
