As a HR Assistant, your key responsibilities are:


Responsibilities:


  • Provide support to the Human Resource department in day-to-day operations
  • Involve in driving recruitment strategies, policies and best practices to attract, retain and engage talents
  • Assist on onboarding and offboarding of employees
  • Process training applications and source funding with government agencies such as SSG for training grants
  • Handle employees enquiries on staff benefits and schemes, employment certification, etc.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirements:


  • Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resource / Management / Business or equivalent
  • Relevant experience would be a plus!
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Positive working attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and accountability
