To manage the
leads database which focuses on
recruitment for the company. The candidate would be providing support to the Project Manager, to ensure that the leads database are managed effectively and followed up to conversion.
-Work closely with the Project Manager to consolidate the leads database. (i.e. Bookkeeping of student profiles, responses given to event invitations, and event attendance etc)
-Contacting fresh graduates using different channels (i.e. Calling / Texting / LinkedIn Outreach etc). This would be to invite them for workshops / events
-Supporting the team for delivery of event logistics: venue booking, logistics, IT, food & beverage
-On-site attendance at events to ensure the events run smoothly
-Post-event support where necessary – e.g. consolidating contact information / follow up opportunities etc
