$2500 to $3100 (Monthly)
Full spec. HR roles incl. recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits
Perform work pass application / renewal / cancellation
Update and maintenance Staff P-file in HR system and leave management
Handle company certificate (BCA/ Slots/ Bizsafe) & Company Insurance
IR8A / IR21 submission
Manage worker dormitory matter
Project site BCA submission & SIC arrangement
Training– Enrol employee for beneficial training courses and maintain training record
Updating and maintain purchase and machinery rental record
Assist in application of funding / grant and MYE.
Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
At least 2 years’ experience in Construction sector
Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period
Strong knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations
