Our company is in F&B industry. We have few outlets located around Singapore and the company is currently expanding the business. We are looking for a candidate to support the team to help the company growth. He or she must possess “can-do” attitude and being a responsible team player.
- Responsible for monthly payroll processing via Times Software
- Filing of income taxes , manage the HR system including the leave system and maintain all HR files
- Apply, renew and cancel relevant work passes online via MOM Website
- Prepare all HR–related documentation.
- Prepare and update HR Report for management review
- Responsible for daily HR and Admin matters
- Responsible for MOM Survey or others survey
- Ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management
- Minimum Diploma with a least 2 years of working experience in HR Field
- Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
- Good interpersonal and written communication skills
- A good team player and able to take ownership of task assigned.
