Job Requirements:

✅ Min Diploma/Degree holder with relevant working experience

✅ Min 2-3 years of experiences in training and payroll

✅ Possess sound knowledge of employment act and statutory guidelines

✅ High level of integrity and takes accountability of work

Job Scope:

💪 Preparation, facilitation, coordination and conduction of various training programs (orientation, vendor training, etc)

💪 Analyse service metrics and reports to identify service gaps and call for improvement

💪 Managing and preparing documents for various trainings

💪 Perform training administration duties and maintain training records for audits

💪 Other adhoc duties assigned
