$4500 to $5000 (Monthly)
Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources operational and administrative matters.
Lead and manage the recruitment processes including liaising with recruitment agencies, coordinating with hiring managers on their requirements and ensuring HR processes are adhered to.
Prepare all documents relating to the hiring and pre-onboarding process
Schedule, prepare and conduct onboarding and induction process of new employees and expatriates
Prepare documents relating to the confirmation process of new employees.
Support in the deployment and mobility of expatriates including applications for Employment Work Pass and Family Dependent Pass applications, entry/exit permits, renewals and terminations of expatriates.
Payroll management for employees, including monthly processing, government claims and managing annual tax matters.
Administer and manage employee medical insurance plans and claims, and company corporate insurance plans.
HR Administration including leave management, maintenance of P-files, performance management administration, annual HR Policy declarations, off-boarding matters.
Assist with periodic audit matters with regards to HR.
Assist with employees in Training and Development activities including submission of the necessary documentation for government training subsidy and following up on reimbursements.
Provide support on all additional back office related ad-hoc requests.
Degree/Diploma in Human Resources, business administration or other related disciplines.
At least 3 years’ experience in HR generalist/ operations.

Good understanding of labor laws and regulatory compliance in Singapore.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Develop and maintain good relationships with employees at all levels within the company
Able to work with and handle highly confidential data.
