HR Recruiter (Entry-level)

Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.

Salary range from$3,500 to $4,000

Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)

Candidate to understand Basic Mandarin.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment duties pertaining to the advertisement, application screening, and interview arrangements.
• Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information)
• Preparation of HR-related letters (Letter of Appointment, Confirmation, staffing requisition letter etc.)
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma obtained from local government Polytechnics / Degree.
• Experience with HR matters and familiarity with recruitment processes are added bonuses.
• Problem-solving attitude and is able to work independently.
• Only Singaporeans.
