Responsibilities

Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates

Able to perform job matching, selection & shortlisting of potential candidates

Able to explore the different platforms to create a recruitment channel

Social media and digital marketing experience will be a priority

Conduct end to end recruitment involving identifying and screening candidates, arranging & conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks, and offer of employment

Develop effective recruitment strategies and training programs for new comers

Collect, monitor, and present data on recruitment drives

Prepare and conduct in-house training for candidates

Gather data and feedback to senior management team
