• Handle general campaigns enquiries via calls

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

🌹Job Scope [Assistant Trainer] - 6 Months Contract

• Assist trainers / service quality excellence team in quality checking and auditing

• Identifying and documentation of issues, feedback, and service gap

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

📌Kallang : Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm, Sat 8:30pm -12:30pm

💰Basic $2500 + $100 allowance💰

💐Job Scope [Healthcare CSO] - 1 Year Contract

• Handle general hospital enquiries via emails, calls, chatbox

• Provide excellent customer service and accurate solutions

• Identifying and documentation of issues and feedbacks

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

🌺Requirements

• Minimally A levels or Diploma Holders

• Some relevant experience preferred

• Able to start ASAP, commit 6 months or longer

• Singaporeans only
