Job Description:

• Conduct survey call verification with graduates

Requirements:

1. Proficient in spoken & written English.
2. Responsible and possess a positive work attitude.
3. Temp should be an individual who can articulate and confident in making calls.
4. Temp should feel comfortable with making calls to graduates of different demographic.
5. Being bilingual would be an advantage when calling non-English speaking respondents.
6. Must be IT savvy, and experience in Excel is an added advantage as the desktop audit / call verifications will rely heavily on Excel.
7. Must be focused and motivated to achieve the call target
