Location: Jurong West/Boon Lay
Job Description:
Attending to customers' enquiries via emails & phone calls.
Liaising with vendors/suppliers on item deliveries.
Receiving of supplies and maintaining proper record filing and inventory list.
Ensure proper paperwork tasks are completed such as preparing delivery orders.
Basic data entry duties.
Other general admin duties as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications :
Must have completed GCE 'O' Levels / ITE Certification (Diploma would be an added advantage)
At least 1 year prior experience in related industry or admin is necessary.
Must be meticulous and be prepared to work in a team.
Should also be able to work independently.
Willing to learn.
Must be willing to work in a male working environment.
5.5 days work
Salary : $1,800 (negotiable)
