Any adhoc duties as assigned of a cafe
Kitchen Supervisor / Management Trainee Role Responsibilities
FULL TIME POSITION ONLY - $2,000 - SGD2,800

Oversee daily cafe operations to ensure smooth & proper functions, includes daily procurement, processing of ingredients, customer service,

Managing staff duty roster / work schedule weekly

Training of new employees and groom them to the best of their abilities

Ability to forecast food ingredient usage, in terms of procuring and processing minimizing food wastage

Organizing inventory, storage and food/packaging supplies

Ensure compliance with food safety standards

Ensure hygiene and staff presentation is of the highest standards at all times

Able to deliver superior customer service/adept at handling customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Any other adhoc duties required of a cafe from time-to -time
