About the role:

We are looking for a talented, motivated addition to our existing International Business Development Team.  You will assist, drive and support client engagement, presentations, proposals, analysis and follow up. You must be able to grasp complex business issues and, through a consultative sales approach, develop solutions to enhance and protect our clients ‘value at risk’.  The role sits within our International Business Development Team as we serve clients in 95+ countries from our HQ in Singapore and 3 regional hubs. The mission is to assist, drive and lead client engagement, presentations, proposals, analysis and follow-up with some of the biggest companies on the planet on some of their toughest problems.

You may come from a consulting background, or an analyst from a bank or VC firm with 2-3 years of experience or be a fresh graduate and be looking to develop your skills in business development and sales.

Key responsibilities of a BD Analyst:

  • Undertaking business environment, competitor, market, product and channel analysis;

  • Undertaking research on prospective targets and clients to understand their business and pain points to equip the business and sales team with pitches

  • Providing insightful research, analysis, interpretation and recommendations; through all stages of the BD and Marketing  process

  • Developing and maintaining strong, effective working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure TSCs business development opportunities are maximised.

We anticipate that you will evolve rapidly in this role and additional responsibilities can be agreed that may modify the responsibilites on a regular basis.
