Main Responsibilities

- Processing of online and offline orders to customers and supermarket chains

- Ensuring growth in sales month-on-month for our Supermarket chains

Tasks includes but not limited to:

- Ensuring that Purchase Orders are fulfilled successfully and sent out timely

- Collaborating with our Driver and Merchandiser to ensure that items are delivered and displayed well

- Packing and fulfilling online orders from the office

- Communicating with supermarket PICs to maintain rapport as well as discuss any sales/operation related activity

- Analyzing sales in supermarkets based on past and current data and identifying which to improve

- Predict stock demand to ascertain production numbers

- Coordinating with the Marketing department to create new and interesting collateral for physical display and/or social media shoutout

- Participating in sampling and/or weekend fairs to promote the brand and increase public awareness

- Providing customer support and resolving customer complains, if any

- Filing physical documents of Purchase Orders and/or contracts

- Find new avenues / sales channels to list the brand in, if any

- Communicating with third-party warehouses on stock outbound/management

- Basic inventory management

- Investigating issues and suggesting solutions, if any

Requirements

- Previous sales experience advantageous but not necessary

Inside Sales Representative

Reports To: Sales Manager

Responsibilites

1. Achieving revenue targets while responding efficiently to customer inquiries (usually in form of sales leads/downloads/tradeshows).
2. Primary duties include outbound calling, e-mail communication, channel co-ordination and overall management of sales reporting through the sales portal.

Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and e-mail, assist potential customers during their evaluation process, create quotes and new customer accounts, co-ordinate with channel partners and principals
• Submit accurate and timely activity reports as required
• Provide support to Sales Manager & Director
• Order entry and Inventory tracking via MYOB
• Tracking of shipment and delivery arrangements to customers
• Tradeshow / Technical Seminar / Training co-ordination

Qualifications

• Passion for selling (Electronics industry background a definite advantage)
• Enthusiastic and self starting approach
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written (minimum English)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office
• Fresh graduates are welcome
