$1800 to $2200 (Monthly)
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in handling both inbound and outbound calls for the IT Helpdesk
• Perform 1st level diagnostics with the user on phone to determine fault
• Ensure a high quality of customer service is provided to customers
• Ensure proper closure of all calls
• Perform investigation on feedback received
• Check on the service contract and warranty status of faulty serial
• Manage spare parts rotation and assign parts to on-site engineers
• Order & track parts from vendors and suppliers
• Prepare quotations and follow-up with clients on acceptance
• Resolve complaints/feedback and escalate to various levels and functional groups
• Check warranty status & manage the ordering of replacement parts
• Provide general administrative support where applicable
• Perform in-house repairs and testing of equipment
Job Requirements:
• Only Singaporeans may apply
• Min GCE 'N' Levels and above
• Must have basic PC, notebook & Windows OS troubleshooting skills
• Able to communicate in a clear manner
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Able to handle calls with professionalism and patience
• Experience working in an IT Service Centre will be an added advantage
