- Pocess knowledge in Japanese Cuisine
- Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment
- Able to work independently
- Able to work split shift
- Able to work during the weekend
- Willingness to learn
- Ensure proper execution of assigned duties
- Ensure food quality and standards being served to customers
- Invovled in kitchen operations and assist Master Chef
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered by all
