CHEF/Kitchen Assistant position available.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in Japanese Cuisine Industry (Preferbly hot kitchen)
- Pocess knowledge in Japanese Cuisine
- Able to identify ingredients for a dish
- Able to work in a fast-paced enviroment
- Able to work independently
- Able to work split shift & weekend
- Enjoys producing high standard food
- Willingness to learn
- Ensure proper execution of assigned duties
- Ensure food quality and standards being served to customers
- Invovled in kitchen operations and assist Master Chef
- Ensure safety, cleanliness and sanitation standards are adhered by all
