Job Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment process inclusive of job posting, scheduling interviews, screening potential candidates and follow up with candidates.
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
Update employees personal data changes in the system and ensure proper documentation
Assist in implementation of HR programs
Actively participate in HR improvement initiatives
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager
Job Requirements
Minimum 21 years old
Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Singaporean or Singaporean PR
