KOL Job Description:

1.To provide an informative and delightful experience during live sessions to viewers and reply to their questions/ requests in a light yet professional manner.

2.To conduct product presentation professionally while ensuring viewer's engagement and interest to follow as well as creating product, brand, and platform awareness.

3.To accept viewers’ feedback positively and analyze their trends and needs.

4.To review and comply all merchants’ guidelines and create highly appealing and engaging content.

5.To display and convey authentic enthusiasm throughout live sessions.

6.To remain flexible and agile and carry out any other ad-hoc duties.

7. A can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the service level.

Requirements:

1.Demonstrable experience as an Influencer.

2.Tech-savvy with well-honed marketing abilities.

3. Demonstrate your passion and knowledge in Fashion and Styling.

4. Independent yet able to work well with colleagues and customers.

5. Knowledge of using Facebook Live function and proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus.

6. Able to travel overseas for an extended period.

7. To ensure success as a Key Opinion Leader (KOL), you should exhibit unwavering authenticity and thoughtfulness about our company's vested interests. You must be passionate about Fashion and Retail and be able to create an experience for our viewers/ customers that is authentic, exciting, and creative.
