Roles & Responsibilities
Job Scope:
• Preparation of food menu and ingredients including food handling of poultry, seafood, vegetables etc.
• Maintain good hygiene and cleaniess of kitchen premises.
• Inventory taking
• Receiving of incoming stocks delivery.
• Any other ad hoc duties
Job Requirements:
• Able to work in fast past environment
• Basic Food Hygiene Cert (WSQ) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willing to work long working hour and non air-con environment.
• Prior experience is a plus
Salary from $1800 / month onwards, will range depending on the role of chef/kitchen assistant. Experience will also play a part in determining salary.
