Responsibilities:

• Market and lease retail units to new potential tenants
• Assist to implement strategies to maximize rental and occupancy
• Review and recommend tenancy mix based on the mall’s positioning
• Lease administration of tenants and handling tenancy-related issues
• Handle lease renewal negotiations with existing tenants
• Build up rapport and maintain good relationship with tenants
• Prepare and maintain leasing reports and schedules
• Conduct and analyse retail market researches

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Real Estate or equivalent
• 1-2 years’ of relevant working experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A good team player
• Self-driven with positive attitude
• Singaporeans only
