Job description:

-✅Perform and prepare warehouse transactions using the order management system

-✅Provide administrative support for daily order fulfillment

-✅Monitor and keep track of delivery status of inbound and outbound shipments

-✅Coordinate and liaise with forwarders or couriers for import and export schedules

-✅Generate and prepare shipping documents for inbound and outbound shipments

-✅Investigate customer complaints and stock discrepancies

-✅Ensures proper documentation including but not limited to classification, sorting, filing and archiving of shipping documents, permits, and other records.
