Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Check shipments for accuracy and note any discrepancies in documentation.
• Meet customers' expectations and delivery deadlines in operations.
• Promptly and efficiently handle any issues with overages or shortages in shipments.
• Keep the workspace or warehouse free of debris at all times.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety measures, and audit requirements.
• Operate forklift equipment as necessary to complete daily schedules; training will be provided.
• Follow facility security and safety policies.
• Deliver high-quality customer service.
• Adhere strictly to all local government rules and regulations.
• Follow all forklift fleet procedures and observe preventative maintenance checks.
• Perform any other assigned duties.

Requirements:

• Must have completed at least O Level or equivalent education, or higher.
• Should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse operational role.
• Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and WMS.
• Must possess good communication skills.
• Must hold a valid forklift license and have experience in operating material handling equipment.
• Must be physically fit.
• Should be comfortable working in a cold room environment.
