Responsibilities:

• Perform day to day company’s administrative task.

• Process purchase orders, invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents related to import and export of our products.

• Work closely with logistics, operation, and purchasing team to meet delivery deadline.

• Ensure procedures and policies are followed.

• Prepare monthly report and maintain complete updated records.

• Perform any other duties and responsibility as instructed by Management.

Requirements:

• Minimum “O” level, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent

• Preferably someone with 1 year experience and above

• Meticulous with good communication and coordination skills

• Able to multi-task without much supervision, great sense of responsibility

• Proficient in MS Office

• Good verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin.

• Only Singaporean and Residence, PLOC holder need to apply.
