Salary : $3000 to $4500

• Assist in wide range of kitchen operations.
• Preparing of food ingredients and food items accordingly to recipes.
• Minimise the wastage and spoilage of ingredients and other food items
• Manage and maintain the hygiene standards established.
• Responsible for cooking duties.
• Other ad-hoc duties as requested by Management.
• Keeping the kitchen and equipment clean and in good working conditions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B industry.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• 6 working days per week with the ability to work on weekends/public holiday.
