JOB OVERVIEWS

• Being a passionate luxury brand ambassador and reflects the standard brand image to the customers.
• Engage customers to share product knowledge on all categories and to promote the new launches and signature brand items.
• Perform skincare consultation or product demonstration over the counter at the same time deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure a knowledge of sales targets and performance on a day-to-day basis.
• Achieve personal sales target and maximize sales by link and upselling.
• Manage daily operating activities in the store and maintain a safe and clean store environment following the merchandise procedures.
• Maintain store housekeeping and VM display according to brand requirements.
• To carry out any duties as directed by team leaders or superiors.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with prior skincare and fragrance retail background is preferred.
• Great interest for prestigious Perfumes & Cosmetics brand
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with a cheerful personality
• Goal oriented with positive mind set and can-do attitude
• Able to perform retail operational hours which includes weekend and public holiday
• Speaking of third language will be an added advantage
• Must be comfortable to work in Changi Airport
• Open to candidates with legal rights to work in Singapore
