Job Description

• Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
• Position Title: Maintenance Technician/ ProductionMaintenance Technician/Maintenance Technician (Production Machines)
• Working Location: Lakeside/ Tuas West Road
• Working Hours: 5 days, 8 AM – 5:20 PM, 9:30 PM – 6:50 AM (Bi-weekly rotating shift)
• Salary Package: Basic + Night Shift Allowance ($21/night) + AWS + Variable Bonus + Yearly Flexi-Claim
• Salary Range: SGD 2,200 - SGD 3,200
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Preventive maintenance and calibration of the machines according to the checklist
• Analyse machine problems and repair
• Carry-out mechanical and basic electrical troubleshooting and repair of machines
• Update and maintain maintenance records and forms regularly
• Any other ad-hoc maintenance activities such as maintaining coolant and lubrication of machines
• Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in maintenance and repair of CNC metal cutting machines
• Specialised in electrical maintenance
• Good knowledge in Electrical and Mechanical aspects of CNC Machines
• Able to read the PLC
