Job Responsibilities

Work closely with management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations

Actively work with sales team to engage new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients

Participate in sales and marketing campaigns and liaise accordingly with respective teams

Oversee the recruitment process of screening applicants, conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers on suitable candidates
-
Plan and execute training programs and team activities
-
Assess performance of new candidates and assist in training process
-
Monitor and collate data on recruitment and training processes and feedback to upper management
Job Requirements
-
Minimum 21 years old
-
Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent

Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
-
Able to converse in English and Mandarin
