Job Responsibilities

• Work closely with management team in overseeing the day-to-day operations
• Actively work with sales team to engage new clients and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
• Participate in sales and marketing campaigns and liaise accordingly with respective teams
• Oversee the recruitment process of screening applicants, conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers on suitable candidates
• Plan and execute training programs and team activities
• Assess performance of new candidates and assist in training process
• Monitor and collate data on recruitment and training processes and feedback to upper management

Job Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
