• Monitor and identify clients and maintain client base through efficient interactions with clients and analyze any changes in clients needs.

Job Requirement

Job opportunity:

Job Scope:

Prepare and conduct 1 hour business reviews for longtail merchants, making recommendations based on qualitative and quantitative analyses of merchant data

Gain a deep understanding of product (ie. Ads or Marketing services) and business goals to inform cross-sell strategy

Work with the Merchant Strategy and Execution team to manage the pipeline of merchants scheduling business reviews

Maintain detailed notes on the business review and merchant needs post-review

Work with the broader team (Sales, Operations, Marketing) to develop value added services for longtail merchants (ie. Webinars, Conferences, Product enhancements)

Top performers are prioritized for conversion into full-time Account Managers or Sales Representatives within theMerchants Team

Requirements:

Experience in Slide Making , Excel , SQL are a plus

Meticulous and able to take initiatives

Experience in sales, business development, partnerships, strategy & operations or equivalent role is a plus
