Job Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations
• Oversee the recruitment process of screening applicants, conducting interviews and providing feedback to hiring managers on suitable candidates
• Conduct onboarding of new recruits
• Plan and execute training programs and activities for team bonding
• Actively participate in meetings, workshops and team events
• Conduct performance evaluation of candidates and assist in training process
• Monitor and collate data on recruitment and training processes and feedback to upper management
• Assist senior managers in identifying and implementing effective marketing and recruitment strategies

Job Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old
• Minimum full certificate in GCE 'A' Levels, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification or Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or equivalent
• Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident only
• Able to converse in English and Mandarin
