Key Responsibilities:

• Install and repair water purifiers and troubleshooting (on-site)
• Provide advice on the installation setup for customers
• Training on product will be provided

Requirements

• Experience in water purifier/dispenser installation is a MUST
• Extensive plumbing and electrical work experience
• Residential drilling experience (including granite and concrete preferred)
• Residential plumbing experience (with diverter installation experience preferred)
• Basic command of English and/or Chinese
• Must have a Class 3 driving license
• Able to work on weekends/shifts/overtime
• Positive work attitude and customer-oriented
• Independent and resourceful
• Physically fit to carry out daily installations

Schedule: 5.5 days work, Off days on weekdays

Location: 8 Pandan Crescent

• Share on digital name card features
• $12/hr - $14/hr + 5% comms if deal is closed within 3 months
• Exhibition is from 25 to 28 May. Don't have to do all 4 days
• Blocks of 5hr shifts - Shift 1: 11am - 4pm & Shift 2: 5pm - 9pm
• Can chose to do 1 or 2 shifts per day.
• Short training will be provided before the event
• Good conduct needs to be maintained throughout the shift
• Able to Start immediately

Job responsibilities :

• To feedback and work with supplier on day-to-day non-conformance parts
• To co-ordinate with QC inspector to perform daily inspection task
• To provide quality awareness/training for QC Inspector /Technician to perform inspection job according to customer or internal requirements
• To work and monitor suppliers and sub cons quality performance and work with those supplier/sub cons who shows trends of quality deterioration
• Monitor in-house product quality performance
• Responsibility for facilitating quality issues and manages daily activities of manufacturing QC
• Initiate and follow up Corrective/Preventive Action Request (CAR/PAR) to supplier for non- conformance part

Requirements :

• Experienced in Quality Control function.
• Document inspection results by completing batch records, reports and logs.

Job Responsibilities

· Manage and escort vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as maintaining vendor relationships. (e.g. pest control, landscape, ACMV servicing)

· Scheduling regular maintenance of the equipment to ensure that it remains in good working order (e.g. AED servicing, change of water filter, and improvement works)

· Carry out daily site walks and inspections, including follow up on defects.

· Ensure HSE compliance throughout the office space.

· Support workplace related logistics.

· Collaborate with ETS and AV to ensure all AV equipment within the office space is working well. Report any issues immediately.

· Events set up and tear down.

· First responder to any issues reported by users and will manage the ticketing system accordingly.

· Support Reception, Mailroom, and Concierge tasks as required

· Administrative duties, ensure drawings and documents are updated.

· Other duties as assigned by the manager

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities Required

● Diploma in Facilities Management or its equivalent, would be beneficial

● Experienced in hard services FM of an office.

● Computer literate in Google and slack systems

● Excellent time management and teamwork skills

• Handle/collection of declaration forms
• Manage queue management
• Temperature screening of patients/ family member
• Attend to enquiries from patients
• Ensure work place ready for daily operation
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Min GCE 'O' Level or in any relevant discipline
• Able to work in team
• Comfortable with PPE & N95 mask

Responsibilities:

Project Engineers organise, administer and execute the project activities:

·Coordinating activities – involve in meeting / liaising with Main Con, Owners & Consultants to arrange on site works with Personnel. Oversees the project/s and ensure smooth transition and completion.

·Planning & Scheduling of Resources and Manpower - ensure schedules and deadlines are met and materials required are properly arranged.

·Budgeting and Control – monitor and always ensure that Budget and Manpower are managed properly

·Control Documentation and Responsiveness – Prepare and submit all necessary documentations from the commencement to completion of projects to all relevant project stakeholders.

Requirements:

·Minimum Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field

·Minimum 3 years’ working experience in M&E works or relevant construction industries

·Possess the relevant safety certifications like SCWSH / BCSS

·Has experience working in building construction

·Ability to coordinate and communicate with relevant site people to execute work Excellent time management and teamwork skills.
