Responsibilities

• Attend to Site Surveys, Enquiries from existing & new Clients, Quotations, and other documentations as and when required
• Strong in High-Ticket Closing (Project), handling Sales Pitches & Presentation.
• Understanding customer’s needs & propose relevant solutions.
• Planning & Developing new leads to meet & exceed sales target
• Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth flow of schedules & progress
• Working with Marketing Department to Promote Company Branding
• Participating in weekly Sales Team Meetings.

Requirements:

• At least 2 Years of Working Experience in Sales or related field will be preferred
• Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC or Diploma/Advanced Diploma.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel & Word
• Possess Class 3 Driving License & Personal Vehicle
• Good communication in order to liaise with clients.
• Independent, sales driven and able to work in a team environment
• Quick adaptation of new software/technologies/products

Job Description

· Coordinate and facilitate quarterly and annual SOX management control testing, including updating process flow diagrams, evaluating key control structures

· Assisting with audit action plans creation or necessary mitigation of controls.

· Serve as a liaison between HQ and local DOA delegators to provide Asia DOA Administration support.

· Work with Legal department on policy application for compliance.

· Tasks for Treasury : Prepare cash reports

· Account clearing accounts for cross-currency payments, posting bank charges (BlackLine/EBS), Bank Reconciliation

· Reporting : Internal/external reporting requirements, surveys

· Credit : Update SAP customer master data, preparing bank exposure reports, responds to audit confirmations, CIA, and performing AR receipt postings.

· Tax : Assist with tax compliance requirements, data compiling for income tax/GST/TP reporting, etc

Job Requirement

• Degree in Finance/Accounting with minimum 3 years public accounting experience in an audit role

• Strong business analysis skills and meticulous and high accuracy in work

• Independent

• Possess strong written and oral communication skills

Advantage

• Experience with SAP FSCM credit management module and S4/Hana, BlackLine

• Proficiency in software applications, databases, research tools, and Excel spreadsheets
