Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Establish brand messaging, positioning, identify target audiences, marketing strategies, and go-to-market campaigns across targeted channels and segments.

Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration with the business units.

Curate and analyze market insights, B2B buying trends, competitive analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful B2B marketing strategies.

Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.

Lead marketing campaign execution for email campaigns, performance marketing campaigns, and social media engagement; to design, test and evolve lead nurturing tactics on these platforms.

Assist with internal communications messaging and ensure consistency with company mission and vision.

Work in partnership with the sales and business teams to develop impactful marketing campaigns with demonstrable results.

Develop an account-based marketing approach in partnership with sales and business teams.

Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.

Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.

Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.

Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.

Maintain oversight of company brand and the consistent application of brand elements for external and internal audiences.

Develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

Planning and coordinating targeted marketing events aimed at creating deep awareness and generating leads for DI’s offerings and services.

Self motivated and self-driven individual able to prioritize and deliver outcomes under ambiguous, and highly dynamic environment.

Ability to work independently and resourcefully to deliver intended business outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or an equivalent discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing in a B2B setting (marketing in technology firms or SaaS companies preferred).
- Able to manage and execute marketing from marketing strategy to execution of B2B marketing campaigns; experience with account-based marketing approaches preferred.
- Demonstrable track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management tools such as Hubspot, Mailchimp, Salesforce is a plus.
