Gross Salary: $2,400 per month

Job Description:

To schedule jobs via email and Whatsapp, and to co-ordinate trips with a team of drivers.

Work Hours: 12 hours each shift

Work Shifts are 6-day cycles of:

Day 1: Day Shift

Day 2: Day Shift

Day 3: Night Shift

Day 4: Night Shift

Day 5: Off

Day 6: Off

Detailed Job Scope:

Main

1. Man 24-hour Operations Hotline

2. Check, schedule, and respond to jobs from agents across different communication channels (emails, Whatsapp, and calls)

3. Plan, assign, and manage drivers

4. Co-ordinate jobs between agents, drivers, crew and colleagues

Training

1. Training will be between a month to two depending on progress and learning ability of Trainee

2. Trainees will need to master ALL functions of the job well before they can man the hotline on their own

3. Trainees will be paid a nominal fee and will then draw a regular salary upon the completion of training

Qualities Needed

1. Possess good interpersonal/communication skills (both oral, and written)

2. Has initiative and attention to detail

3. Is organized

4. Ability to work independently, and is collected, under pressure

5. Able to handle google products (email and calendar) proficiently

6. Have a good sense of accountability and responsibility, and is reliable

7. Is effectively proficient with using computers and mobile phones.

8. Possess a positive disposition and is willing to learn

• Provide timely delivery to all customers.
• Check and ensure loaded goods are of the correct types according to DO or invoice.
• Ensure goods are delivered in good condition without delay or damage.
• Assist in loading and unloading of goods, able to handle heavy loads.
• Adhere to the statutory and company’s safety policies, procedures and regulations.
• Assisting in adhoc jobs assigned (mainly warehousing/packaging) when not scheduled to do deliveries or any other duties assigned from time to time.
• Coordinate with supervisor and customers for delivery schedule.
• Responsible for the cleanliness and working condition of company's vehicle.

Requirements:

• Primary/Secondary School/’N’ level with minimum of 2 years of experience in related field
• Must possess valid class 3 driving license preferable class 4 driving license.
• Clean driving records.
• 2 years delivery truck driving experience preferred.
• Able to drive 14-Footer Box Truck.
• Familiar with Singapore roads.
• Punctual and hardworking.
• Willing to work 5.5-day work week + OT as required (with good OT pay).
• Working hour: Mon – Fri: 08.30 am to 05.30 pm, Sat: 08.30am to 12.30pm

Job Description :

• Supervise swimming activities and ensure that safety procedures are adhered by pool users
• Monitor pool and pool deck activities
• Respond to any emergencies and perform first aid procedures
• Inspect and maintain the pool, and aquatic equipment
• Ensures the well-being and safety of swimmers by providing a high standard of aquatic safety
• Able to respond effectively and appropriately in the event of any emergency situation.
• Maintain constant surveillance of patron and swimmers in the facility.
• Provide emergency care and treatment as required until the arrival of emergency services.
• Strong observation skills to proactively identify guest needs and monitor safety guidelines
• Attentive and keen eye for surroundings to identify safety risk situations
• Able to work outdoors, with long hours of standing and walking
• Able to commit to work shifts, and on weekends and Public Holidays.

Requirements:

• Priority will be given to those who posses SLSS 123 or
• BM Swimmers without certification are welcome as Training will be provided.
• Lifeguarding experience - ( Optional )
• Competent swimmer, agile
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Available to work on weekdays and weekends
• Minimum Primary , ITE or GCE O/N Level
• Able to Start Work Immediately.

HIRING QA INSPECTOR FOR 6 MONTHS PERIOD (able to convert to perm if performance and attendance is good)

Location:24 Penjuru road (Nearest Mrt: Jurong east & need to take a bus)

Working hrs: 730am to 515pm

- No experience is fine, as long as willing to learn

Scope of works

- Inspection of QA items based on sampling.

- Perform visual inspection on OEM parts (list will be provided by Engineer) and Outgoing Inspection @ Chin Bee and Penjuru before parts are sent to ALB/User Re-pack loose items back into supplier packaging and ensure adequate protection (oil when required).

- Check COC information on copy is accurate against the physical part and Physical part is correct against past orders.

- Check of any damages ie rust, cracks, dents, scratches, deterioration on rubberized parts.

- Update inspection status and records to engineer.

- For outgoing parts: Check calibration/test report is within 1 year of issuance.

- Taking photos of OEM item.

- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
