Job description



  • Brand and product marketing fundamentals: building launch plans for skincare brand and products

  • Assist with digital and social media strategy & planning (monthly content calendar) including management of social media engagement plans, social monitoring, content planning for social platforms, community management, and social media reports

  • Assist in business intelligence design and competitive analysis

  • Create or suggest engaging and innovative ideas for brand activity masterplan & other ad-hoc tasks in marketing design/brand collaterals while considering current and planned promotional activities

  • Assist in planning for marketing campaigns through comprehensive integrated marketing communications (IMC) plan


Requirements



  • Passionate about skincare/cosmetics

  • Recent Graduate with Degree, preferably in Marketing / Business

  • Strong desire to learn along with a strong sense of ownership and professional drive

  • Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving and exhibit creative entrepreneurial spirit

  • Strong communication & presentation skills are required

  • Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability

  • Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Social Media (Instagram, Google, Facebook, etc)

  • Experience working in FMCG/beauty industry will be an advantage
