Job Description

• Perform assembly work in platform integration and systems installation according to process instruction
• Ensure station assembly work adheres to production schedule
• Comply and support WSH&E safety requirements at assigned station
• Oversee 5S at assigned station to ensure proper upkeep of working area
• Conduct quality checks on assigned station assembly work to ensure zero defects
• Assist engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
• Lead and manage technicians to complete assembly work at station according to production schedule
• Lead and implement new initiatives to improve quality and safety at workshop
• Train and qualify junior technicians to perform production work according to process instruction

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma inAutomotive Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

5 days work (Monday - Friday)
