Location: West

No of working days: 5 days week

Salary range: $2600 to $3100 (plus transport allowance)

Job scope:

• Booking of shipment with carrier/ coloaders.
• Arrange transport, fumigation etc for customers / agents
• Prepare Bill of Lading
• Declare export permit incl. certificate of origin (if required)
• Pre-Alert to destination offices / agents
• Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors invoices
• Issue invoices to customers and agents.
• Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss.
• Scanning of documents and filing into system.
• Handle and lanes assigned by Superior.
• Quotation to agents.
• Any other duties as may be assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in Ocean Export export
• Training will be provided for those who has diploma in Logistic
