Role as Administrator to work closely with line managers on all admin matters among GBT.
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding tasks and activities for resources across Departments
• Allocation, management and governance of assets across the division (Laptops, Seats etc)
• End to End management of Resource Details, Numbers, Budgets and Allocations for Perm, temp and Vendor resources across Departments
• Project & Portfolio Management System (PPM) Administrator
• Manage Project & Portfolio Management System and generate monthly billing report and various management reports.
• Produce reports showing the status of purchase orders and invoices through the finance process.
• Assist in the production of the monthly billing report and various management reports
• Generate Billing Reports, OOTB Timesheets report, Manual Report 1 to 15 monthly by freeze all approved timesheets for the billing month
