Responsibilities:

  • AP/AR
  • Invoice management.
  • Purchase order management.
  • Data entry, documentation, filing related accounting document.
  • Manage reimbursement.
  • Assist periodic financial reports preparation.
  • Pick up Phone Calls
  • Assist cash-flow management.
  • Weight Bridge Data Management
  • Any other adhoc duties

Requirement:

  • No experience required
  • Malaysian , PR or Singaporean
  • Know basic English & Chinese
  • Able to work in a construction site environment

Work from Monday to Friday ( 8am-6pm) Sat half day/Alternative full sat work

Lunch Provided

Working area at Jurong Area (Nearest to Jurong East MRT)
