We are looking for an online customer service executive to join our close knit family! We are a team of leather crafters providing services to leather goods in Singapore. We are looking for an outspoken individual who likes interacting with people and has an interest for sales and customer service.

You should have an interest working with leather and enjoy dealing with luxury leather bags and shoes.

The job scope includes:

• Attending to online customers via whatsapp, email or phone call.
• Visiting customer's homes for assessment from time to time
• Be part of an online team and work towards achieving monthly targets
