Join Team Adecco as a Supervisor handling on-site HR ops for Amazon, including but not limited to managing our Associates and communicating with Client managers; working on shift reports; and rostering of the Team. TRAINING IS PROVIDED.

• Full-time Contract with progression to Executive roles available

✏Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Operational Call Outs from Client

• Manage our team of associates including welfare, queries, safety etc.

• Prepare daily/weekly reports

• Help out with Operations needs

• Handle Associates' rostering (Weekly Planning)

• Prepare forecasting data for review on a daily basis

• Prepare for Welfare Events for special events

✅Requirements:

• 4 day work week, including rotational weekends

• Good communications and interpersonal relationship skills

Benefits

- Salary range $2200 - $2500/month

- Grab allowance for transport $250 per month

- Bonus (up to 1 month per year)
