• Provide front line customer service and assistance
• Assisting patients at the self-service kiosks and provide guidance if needed
• Counter duties including patient registration and scheduling of appointments
• Promote the HealthierSG initiatives and enrollment into the programme
• Assist in any related inquiries, keeping track of enrollment numbers and attend to the promotional booth
• Assist with crowd control

Job Requirements:

• Min N/O Level or equivalent
• Candidate who possess certification related to Health Promotion will have added advantage
• Preferably 1-2 years’ experience in patient fronting/customer service role
• Proficient in MS Office applications and mobile applications like SingPass, HealthHub, Healthy 365 etc.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with passion in providing good service

● Greet customers in the showroom, review the offerings, options, ideas and pricing to the customer to gauge specific interest in kitchen cabinet functionality, design, aesthetics, budget as well as any countertop requests and needs.

● Learn the kitchen cabinet options available from our primary vendors, keep up to date with new offerings and options.

● Visit project location (residential and commercial) to measure and photograph project site, take relevant notes on the customer’s project including wish lists and various pricing requests.

● Design the customer’s kitchen in “AutoCAD” software program to generate design layout, concepts, price list and pricing.

● Present the project to the customer, review options, pricing, production and install timing, etc… If agreed, collect payment.

● Coordinate installation (if necessary) with customer provided contractor or Frontier Kitchens preferred contractor. ● On Kitchen delivery day meet the delivery truck at the customer site with the contractor and customer to ensure accurate install. Collect payment.

● Perform other relevant duties when needed.

Job Description

• Perform assembly work in platform integration and systems installation according to process instruction
• Ensure station assembly work adheres to production schedule
• Comply and support WSH&E safety requirements at assigned station
• Oversee 5S at assigned station to ensure proper upkeep of working area
• Conduct quality checks on assigned station assembly work to ensure zero defects
• Assist engineers and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve any production issues
• Lead and manage technicians to complete assembly work at station according to production schedule
• Lead and implement new initiatives to improve quality and safety at workshop
• Train and qualify junior technicians to perform production work according to process instruction

Job Requirements

• Higher Nitec or Diploma inAutomotive Technology, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
