📅Work hours:

Monday - Friday(9am to 6pm)

💰Salary : $3,000 - $3,500

Job Scope:

- Handle full spectrum of HR functions

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitments process

- Assist in payroll reports

- Handle employee onboarding programme

- Up-to-date of the HR database

- Perform daily HR administration

⚠️Requirements:

Min 2-3 years of relevant HR Generalist or HR & Admin experience

HR experiences in a FMCG/Retail sector will be an advantage

Comfortable in a fast pace enviroment

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of daily office operations. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Organising and maintaining all company documents in both physical and digital formats
• Maintaining company database, ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date
• Reconciling financial statements every quarter to ensure that they are accurate and complete. and performing other accounting functions
• Responsible for submitting accurate and timely financial information to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore every quarter for GST purposes
• Perform ad-hoc duties

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or accounting role
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting practices
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with in Microsoft Word and Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritise work

Work Arrangement

• ~40-45hrs / week
• Required to work onsite

Jobscope:

• Taking orders, prepare orders (scoop, pack popcorn) and cashiering

• Responsible for daily pre-opening and closing of shop

• Handle cash, credit card and any other payments

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness at the front of house at all times

• Be a good team player with the ability to communicate with people from all walks of life

• Demonstrate effective communication skills (both written and oral) as well as strong commitment to customer service excellence

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Verification of supporting documents received from customers, to ensure that documents are complete and comply with the regulatory requirements
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure all cases are followed through
• Ensure that all Hire Purchase Agreements are mailed to customers promptly
• Ensures that accuracy & timeliness of system data input and processes/procedures are adhered to.
• Assist with other administrative functions to ensure loan processing and administrative processes are running efficiently

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome too!
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• A team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
