Responsibilities
- Undertake operations support duties with key focus on order processing and fulfilment, product listing operations and handling customer enquiries/complaints
- Maintaining positive customer relationships through email correspondences and phone calls
- Liaison between suppliers and customers to provide service recovery to ensure customer satisfaction when matter arises.
- Track, monitor and manage escalation of customers’ feedback promptly by fostering a close working relationship with customer service and relevant division.
- Establish and maintain working knowledge of various systems used for the running of the ecommerce site
- Be able to recommend process improvements – order fulfilment flow; operational/technical support flow
- Conduct regular stock-takes, product, rates, and inventory management, working closely with Business Development (BD) team, ensuring the product listings are up to date.
- Use WeChat to liaise with China developers when required
- Prepare, check, and reconcile sales orders invoices when required
- Undertakes administrative job duties to the support both the product and retail team
- Conduct UAT testing for website development when required
- Assist in administration, other responsibilities and any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
- Min 2-3 years working experience
- ITE or Diploma in Business/Marketing/Management/Tourism/Ecommerce
- Willing to work on shift rotation (Daily 8hrs/5-day work week - includes weekends/PH)
- Independent and fast learner
- Proven ability to work on own initiative.
- Good communicator, proactive & good team player
- Positive attitude with a can-do mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in fast-paced environment
- A keen eye for details and accuracy yet meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office
- May be required to attend to urgent requests over weekends or after office hours due to the nature of ecommerce business
