We are looking for service oriented and self-motivated individuals to join our Customer Service and Sales Team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day to day operations of the given assignments, in accordance with client's requirements, business management system, standard operating procedures, industry standards and policy directives.
  • Ensure all operations entrusted are efficiently conducted in accordance with the client's requirements.
  • Assist Operation team with coordination and reporting.
  • Handling, monitoring and updating client records to ensure smooth operations ahead.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE A-Level or Diploma (Preferbally in Marketing/Business or related)
  • Relevant working experience would be an advantage (we welcome fresh grads as well!)
  • Good personality with good communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Customer-oriented with positive attitude
