Preparation, administration and monitoring of computer based exam which includes the following:
Daily preparation for computer based exams.
Admitting candidates for exams based on the various client identification policies.
Monitoring candidates’ activities during examinations.
Attending to candidates queries.
Trouble shooting simple technical issues with regards to the Admin and Testing stations.
Monitoring & purchasing of new inventory when stocks are low.
Undertake the mandatory Proctor examination for all clients
Replying emails & attending to calls from external candidates, colleagues & various exam clients pertaining to computer based exams.
Submission of internal monthly report.
Possess Nitec or Diploma in any field
Candidate with 1 year of administrative/operations experience is preferred
Able to work independently on the task given
Able to handle multitask and meticulous
Able to follow deadline
Proficiency in IT, Microsoft Office and Email
