Responsibilities

• Take history and perform eye examinations on patients

• Operate ophthalmic equipment and perform tests on patients

• Diagnose and advise patients on their visual problems

• Assist ophthalmologist in clinic and during procedures

• Prior experience in ophthalmology an advantage but not necessary as training will be provided

Requirements

• NITEC in Opticianry/Diploma in Optometry or higher; OOB registration

an advantage but not absolutely necessary

• Computer-literate

• Strong communication and patient-relations skills

• Pleasant personality

• Able to work independently as well as in a team

• Self-motivated, results-driven

• Working days: 5.5 days

• Singaporean / PR / foreigners with consent to work (eg LTVP, dependent pass, etc)
