Overalljobobjectives

Responsible for managing salesandtechnical functionsattheretail store

JobResponsibilities

• Assistinachieving monthly salesandprofit targets;
• Responsible for contact lensandframes salesandconducteyechecks
• Ensure timely collections by customers;
• Assist junior staffinsales & handling customer complaints;
• Attendtocustomers on sales related matters;
• Conducteyerefractions for customers;
• Assist managersinimplementing in-housepolicies;
• Carry out housekeeping tasks such as general cleaning;
• Implement programsandpoliciesfromseniors / managers;
• Handle customer’s different modeofpaymentsandpoint-of-sale transaction;
• Dispensingjobstolaboratories;
• GoodKnowledgeincontact lens refraction & fitting;and
• Otherad-hoc duties as assigned

JobRequirements

• Full / Provisional registration withSingaporeOptometrist & Optician Board (OOB). Candidates with overseas qualificationsmustbeeligiblefor registration with OOB. Bothentry levelandcandidates with experiencearewelcometoapply
